Becoming Part Of The Sage Family

A child doesn't join The Sage School community by him- or herself. Parents are an integral, vital part of the relationship.

All parents are members of the non-profit corporation that governs the school. Parents elect Trustees to guide the mission of the school at the annual meeting of the Corporation each spring.

Sage parents also tend to be active volunteers, lending support to the Admission Office, Development Office, and committees of the Board of Trustees. Parents also frequently serve as volunteers in the classroom, on field trips, and in many after-school clubs.

The Sage Parent Association meets monthly to discuss ways to support classroom activities, including arranging for in-school presentations and field trips, and also to plan for student social gatherings and parent education opportunities.
