TUITION ASSISTANCE
Limited financial aid, based on demonstrated need, is available. Families seeking financial assistance should contact the Sage Finance Office at (508) 543-9619 or via email at finance@sageschool.org, to discuss tuition payment options or to request a financial aid application. The original PFS is to be submitted to the school and Student Service for Financial Aid with the appropriate payment. Applications may also be submitted online to www.nais.org/financialaid/sss.
The Financial Aid Deadline for 2008-2009 is March 1, 2008. In addition to submitting a financial aid application to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid, each family must submit the following to The Sage School Business Office:
- copies of all W-2 and 1099 forms for the preceding year
- copies of tax returns for the preceeding three years
- a signed IRS form 4506-T
