Tuition and Financial Aid

TUITION ASSISTANCE

Limited financial aid, based on demonstrated need, is available. Families seeking financial assistance should contact the Sage Finance Office at finance@sageschool.org, to discuss tuition payment options or to request a financial aid application.

To be considered, families must complete and submit all required paperwork by the February 15 deadline, including:
o Application to School and Student Service (SSS) at sss.nais.org/parents
o Copies of 1040 (including all schedules) and copies of W-2’s for previous 3 years
 Previous 2 years submit to SSS, previous 3rd year to The Sage School (example: for 2012/2013 consideration, submit 2011 and 2010 to SSS and 2009 to Sage)
o Copies of all 1099’s for previous 3 years to The Sage School
o Signed and undated IRS Form 4506-T to SSS
