Admission Process
1. Attend an Admission Open House or schedule a private tour
2. Complete your Admission Packet by January 15th*
- Application Form (PDF) with $50 Application Fee
- Cognitive Testing by a licensed child psychologist
- Student’s School Records
- Transcript Release Form (PDF)
- Teacher Evaluations – current year and previous year ( teachers are to mail evaluation directly to The Sage School confidentially):
- Prime K and Prime 1 Applicants: K-1 teacher evaluation form (PDF)
- Prime 2 Applicants: Grades 2-5 teacher evaluation form (PDF)
- Junior Applicants (Grades 3-5): Grades 2-5 teacher evaluation form (PDF)
- Middle School Applicants (Grades 6-8):
3. The Admission Office will schedule the following visits with you:
- Parent Interview
- Student Visit**
We encourage parents to share their thoughts and questions with us throughout the admission process. We also ask families to adhere to the deadline of January 15th for submission of all paperwork so we may complete the admission process in a timely manner and process requests for financial assistance. As space allows, we accept applications after this deadline although financial assistance is typically not offered after the January 15th deadline.
