Associate Director of Admission

The Sage School seeks an experienced admissions professional to begin July 1, 2017.  Responsibilities include all aspects of the recruitment, admission, and enrollment of new students.  Ability to coordinate events, meet with prospective families, and database management of applicants is required.  The Associate Director will report to the Director of Advancement and will assist with developing the marketing communications necessary to attract appropriate students.  We seek a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.  College degree required.  Independent school admission experience preferred.  This is a full-time position with weekend and evening hours as necessary.

Substitute Teachers
The Sage School seeks substitute teachers for the 2016-2017 school year. These teachers serve a critical role in our school and must demonstrate the flexibility and professionalism needed in a school setting. During the course of a day, a substitute may be asked to fill in with a range of ages and in a variety of disciplines. The academic program is rigorous and rich in content, depth of study, intellectual challenge, and skills acquisition. Subs hired at Sage should possess a love of children, a command in the classroom, a sense of humor, and a team approach. Candidates should be both reliable and punctual.   • Providing instruction and implementing teacher lesson plans
  • Managing the classroom environment
  • Promoting student learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
