Part-time Latin Teacher
The Sage School is seeking a part-time Latin instructor to teach 6th,7th, and 8th grade Latin. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Latin language and Roman culture, a passion for teaching and learning, and an enthusiasm for working with the gifted middle school population. Candidates should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in Latin/Classics (or have completed significant coursework in Latin) and understand the needs of middle school students. Ability to teach Spanish a plus.

Registrar/Database Specialist
The Sage School seeks an experienced professional to fill the part-time (25 hours/week) position of Registrar/Database Specialist. The primary responsibility of the Registrar/Database Specialist is to manage student records, from inquiry through graduation.
The Position
-Maintain student records.
-Manage attendance for progress reports.
-Maintain admission database, student database, and teacher database.
-Provide clerical support to Admission Office
Input inquiries
Prepare admission materials
Process Applications
Maintain and produce database reports
-Provide clerical support to Development Office
Maintain alumni/development database
-Manage the progress report process
-Provide clerical support for Secondary School application process
-Prepare Town surveys and reports
-Design Filemaker reports
-Prepare reservation agreements
-Maintain the course schedule
Qualification and Experiences
-Experience with Filemaker Pro required
-Experience in schools preferred
-Strong computer and data management skills are required
-Effective written and oral communication skills
-Experience with standard office software applications
