On Tuesday, November 15, 2011, 152,770 students in 8th grade and younger took the AMC8 (American Mathematical Contest 8th grade test). On Friday, February 10, the Junior Division prepared 100 lunches for families staying at Mainspring House, a homeless shelter in Brockton. Mainspring House is a program that helps people obtain a home by giving temporary shelter and food, finding safe and affordable housing, and providing permanent housing with supportive services.

On Friday, January 27, Sage’s Kindergarten class went on a field trip to the Museum of Natural History & Planetarium in Providence, RI.
